Santiago de Compostela Food Tour

This tour consists of a guided tour of the city of Santiago to see everything representative of the Historic Center and of course the old Plaza de Abastos. Next, we will rest for an aperitif with Spanish omelette and Galician wine in an emblematic place of the city. After the break we will continue the route entering the Cathedral of Santiago, essential! After finishing your visit, it is time for lunch in a traditional Galician restaurant, delighting us with the best of our gastronomy (Galician broth, octopus, raxo, scallops ...) and finally dessert and coffee in a famous cafeteria in the Old Town. Full morning!

Things to do Santiago de Compostela Food Tour

In this gastronomic tour through the city of Santiago de Compostela, you will start by getting to know the historic center to get closer to the history of the city of the Apostle Santiago. We will not be able to leave the history of the Cathedral behind and therefore, we will visit its four charming squares.

We will continue the tour through the typical streets of the city and little by little we will get to know the bars and the typical 'tascas' of Compostela.

We will go to the Mercado de Abastos, an area full of artisan and traditional products: fresh cheeses, fruits, seafood, liquors ... endless possibilities that will whet our appetite.

To finish, we will go to one of the most typical bars in the city where we can enjoy a large part of the products that we have learned during the tour.
