Join us on this Guided tour where we will discover the main points of interest in the city with tickets to the monuments included.
Our tour will begin in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, where we will give you an introduction to the city of Úbeda and tell you the history of this charming square. Afterwards we will go to the Plaza Vázquez de Molina, a square for which Úbeda was declared a World Heritage Site in 2003. There we will delight in the monumental complex that it offers us and we will learn about the history of Francisco de los Cobos, who was a true patron in the city and to whom we owe many of the monuments that we will visit.
We will see many palaces! Like the Juan Vázquez de Molina Palace, that of the Marquis of Mancera or that of Deán Ortega, today a tourist stop. We could not forget the jewel in the city's crown, the Sacred Chapel of the Savior, where we will visit its interior, discover its history and that wonderful architecture that makes it so special. After getting to know the Chapel in depth, we will head to Plaza 1º de Mayo, one of the most beautiful squares in the city. There is the Church of San Pablo, the second oldest in Úbeda and the only building that offers us a glimpse of that Romanesque architecture, so unusual in these Andalusian areas. Our visit will end after visiting the interior of the church.
Before saying goodbye we will not forget to tell you about the most important thing! Gastronomy and where to eat, nothing better than a pure-blooded Ubetan to give you the best advice and recommendations in the city.
