The building stands out because of its enormous structure, carefully designed to rociar (transfer) the wine to American oak butts aligned in stacks called cachones. The guided tour takes you on a visit around its facilities and shows you the process of its wines but also of its brandies and vinegar which we will taste in the wine tasting room.
