“Tour cancelled”
I didnt want to leave a review since the tour was cancelled due to low signup. Hoping leaving a review will stop them from keep emailing about a review :) Wish they could have messaged me about the cancelation but it was fine. Just be aware that there might not be enough English speakers signing up to make their worth having it.

We booked the english walking tour and when we showed up we were told it had been cancelled. We had planned the whole day around it and were not told in advance so very annoying. Not reliable would not recommend

The tour through the most important parts of Malaga was very informative and you feel like you have a good overview of the city's history. The guide included funny facts as well as interesting backstories. I really recommend that tour!

Our tour today started with lots of rain. Lucia was amazing she was not going to let anything stop here sharing her knowledge and stories, there were only 3 of us on the tour, it was great. She gives you a lot of history and information about Malaga without you realising, not boring she holds your attention. We enjoyed ourselves emensly today. Thank you Lucia. “Tour cancelled without any prior notice”
I came to the meeting place and a man with a yellow umbrella told me the tour in English was cancelled, even though no emails or anything about the cancellation was provided. Only his tour in Spanish was available.
This tour is just a waste of travellers' time. Highly not recommend.

Having booked and confirmed a tour specifically in English during our visit, we got an email 2 hours before our tour was to begin telling us that as there were no other bookings in English out tour would be carried out in Spanish instead. This was useless to us as we are English speaking and don’t know any Spanish. We replied saying we would not attend the tour for this reason yet I have received numerous emails asking me to review the tour, even after being contacted by the operator asking why I didn’t attend the tour. So as well as being disappointed we haven’t had the tour I have spent too much time on email corresponding with them at their instigation. I would not use this company again or be in a position to recommend them. 0/5 rating but I had to add one star to be able to post.

We would have loved to join the tour, but it was cancelled twice. We received an email - ok. But next day we received annother email: „we missed you on the tour…“ little bit of a chaos. But we nevertheless enjoyed Malaga on our own.

Very disappointed with the company.
We were on the plane into Malaga when we were told the tour was cancelled. Then we received an email “looking forward to seeing us”.
We turned up at the appointed time and there was no tour.
Luckily we were able to get on a tour with another company.

Guía que hablaba demasiado de la comida. Mucha gastronomía. Le falto quizás más historia. Nos paramos en la calle judería y no hizo ninguna mención o el museo judío.

Hicimos dos reservas de 3 personas cada una el día anterior al tour, recibimos los emails de confirmación pero sin embargo el día y a la hora que estaba prevista el tour no apareció ningún guía en el punto de encuentro, sin recibir ningún tipo de información al respecto, ni poder contactar de ninguna forma, intenté mandar un mensaje por Instagram pero aún no he recibido respuesta. Se que esto no es algo típico de los freetours, siempre salgo contentísima, pero esta vez ha dejado bastante que desear.
