We will start this guided tour of Valencia in the Plaza de la Virgen. Around us we will discover the Cathedral, the Basilica of the Virgin and the fountain that represents our river Turia. We will talk about two important traditions that take place at this point: the floral offering to the Virgin during the Fallas and the meetings of the Tribunal de las Aguas. but Valencia is much more! We will reach the Torres de Serranos, the main gateway to the walled city, and we will look out over the old Turia riverbed, which has become a green lung for the city. We will continue our way to the Lonja de la Seda, a real architectural jewel! We will jump to the twentieth century, to delight us with the modernist architecture of the Central Market of Valencia, ready to discover the Cathedral of the Senses? We enjoyed our walking tour very much. Paola was engaging, fun and informative. She explained the history of the city and recommended places to go to in order to have a richer visit to the city. We took her suggestion and went to Saint Nicholas Church which was amazing. She suggested places to have horchata and tapas. All in all a great introduction to Valencia.

We had a lovely tour with Leo. Sometimes we were interrupted by some fallas musicians. Leo’s focus was on the history of Valencia, so maybe a little bit to much dates. But Leo is very entertaining and timeworn him just flys away.

Provided a good introduction of the history of Valentina and tips to visit many sites on Sundays for free admission. Not that much walking and only saw a few sites from the outside in a couple of hours. Recommendations for restaurants at end presented in Spanish only so you might have to run a picture of the paper through Google Translate.

I think that overall tour was fine, specifically for me volume of the speaker was low, and the sound not resonated enough, though to the amount of people.
I think the content could be more fluidy, somehow felt very not in motion, and made it hard to follow or getting into the storytelling of the city and it's history.

Our guide Alejandro made the Valencia tour engaging and knowledgeable. His communication and the pace were perfect and his sense of humour made for a very enjoyable time. He provided recommendations on places to eat which were great. The duration was slightly shorter than advertised however - a little over 2 hours rather than 2.5 hours.

“Lots to learn and know”
Our guide Paula was very knowledgeable about Valencia and gave a good mix of history, culture and fable. Paula did the tour in English and was very articulate. In common with many Spanish people though, we found that Paula spoke really fast and we found it hard to follow what she was saying sometimes. The tour was really interesting and we were happy to pay Paula the going rate, according to Trip Advisor.

Possibly because our very friendly guide Santiago studied Art (which he kept on mentioning) his stories for us were to much in detail and all historic facts simply a bit too much. He did his best however and added jokes to it, making it better to handle. Nevertheless after 2 hours and 150 meters of walking only for us ut was done ????♀️

The guide was very friendly and energetic, and it was nice to walk around this beautiful city! It was hard to understand the very fast paced and strong Spanish accent-English. And it would have been nice to hear a more coherent story instead of different bits & pieces and to see more places. As it was Fiesta and so much surrounding noise with a big group we found it hard to hear you. Perhaps a smaller group would be better .
Your handout of recommendations was very useful and we did use some of them . We used Pepica and sadly it was dreadful experience.

She also gave us recommendations for food & drink places. The most important information she gave us was about the 9th of October celebrations, the people of Valencia celebrate the national day of their autonomous region. We were lucky enough to see it & it was a sight to behold!

I had a great tour! It could have been a little shorter and maybe some info about the valencian language…
But she was really nice and told the storys in a very interesting way!

Muy agradecidos y contentos de haber tomado el tour con Pablo. Muy simpático y agradable además de hacer el tour muy divertido. En particular la historia del burrito me causó mucha gracia!!! Y como él dijo, misión cumplida. Salimos conociendo más de Valencia y sentirnos más valencianos al final del mismo.
