The tour is conducted exclusively in Spanish. The tour is led by Official Tour Guides from the Region of Murcia and art historians. Get to know the city by feeling like a part of it, in small groups of approximately 25 people. Discover the city, from its founding, and let yourself be immersed in its history, colors, scents, and flavors. Experience the charm of Murcia, which comes from its many squares filled with places to sample its wonderful cuisine. The tour will begin at the entrance to City Hall, a beautiful 19th-century building. From there, history, legends, and superstitions will intertwine as we make our way to the Old Bridge. We’ll stop at a spot with spectacular views of the city. We’ll visit the Almudí Palace, the remains of the Arab Wall, and the Church of San Pedro, where we’ll see magnificent sculptures by the famous Murcian sculptor, Salzillo. We’ll pass through the iconic Plaza de las Flores and discover the charm of the Cathedral and the Episcopal Palace. Two carefully planned hours where discovery and enjoyment are our top priorities.
