THE MADRID OF THE AUSTRIANS, in my opinion one of the most interesting walks to start enjoying this fantastic and unbelievable city.
We will star in one of the oldest points of the place and goes around two hundred years of its history!
This is one of the most exciting tours in Madrid, because since Filippe II, Madrid became the capital of Spain and its territories and started growing and building the most attractive monuments.
Firstly we can start in the Royal Palace, (the old Alcazar) and the Plaza de Oriente, we then go straight to the calle Mayor, where we can contemplate, many palaces, churches, and anecdotes, finishing in the awesome Plaza Mayor. Perhaps we can have a small break and trying one of the most popular sandwiches of Madrid, (Bocadillo de Calamares or frying squid sandwiches)
After that we can continue walking along the Toledo Street, visiting Empire school of the Jesuits, and finishing in the La Cebada Square, one of the most common attractive places, to taste the many bars and restaurants, that surrounded the area.
