Yesterday morning, I had a wonderful strolling tour of Madrid with Montse as my guide. Initially, I was disappointed when my booking for the Royal Palace was canceled due to a visit from the King and ambassadors. But thankfully, I had reserved the city tour in advance—and it turned out to be the highlight of my day! Montse was humble, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She shared fascinating secrets and historical gossip from hundreds of years ago, making the experience both fun and insightful. I only had one day in Madrid, but thanks to Montse, it was unforgettable. Now, I’m off to Rome—I just wish she could guide me there too!

“Amazing Experience - Cillian”
For a first timer in Spain and in particular the city of Madrid, we absolutely enjoyed the hospitality and the friendliness of Cillian, our tour guide.
His ability to make the tour interesting with his dynamic nature made it thrilling for us to unravel the history of the city of Madrid in addition to making the tour memorable.

Informative , easy-going guide with great knowledge and great way of portraying the stories in an interactive manner
Cillian was very funny and understandable, and we’ve seen most of Madrid’s must see locations without wasting any time

Cillian from TOUR & FRIENDS has a lot of knowledge and a great tour guide, honestly didn’t feel like 2 hours of walking, we could have easily kept going. Highly recommend!

“Mañana fresquita pero inolvidable ”
Es la primera vez que utilizo éste servicio y estoy encantado!!! Quedamos en la Plaza Mayor y la Guía, Sara fue todo un encanto!! Supo dinamizar el grupo para que la visita fuera más amena.!! Quedó demostrado lo preparada que está en la materia y al final se nos hizo corta la visita!!!
Ya conocía Madrid pero no desde éste punto de vista!!!

“An excellent tour”
We did the tour with Montse. She told us so many things about the history of Madrid and she showed us all the sights of interest. Plus she was very funny, very helpful and speaks excellent english with clear accent, so we were able to understand everything. I totally recommend this tour!
