Bastante correcto para las inclemencias meteorológicas que tuvimos que sufrir. La guía muy simpática, aunque solo hizo una pequeña reseña de los sitios que nos enseñó y creo que se saltó algún que otro sitio por enseñar y que venía incluido en el tour, ya que duró dos horas en vez las 2,5 que ponía. También era de entender por el clima tan horrible que hizo, teniendo que parar en algunos sitios para refugiarnos de la lluvia.
Supongo que con mejor tiempo el tour sería más completo.
Aun así, Mis invitados se fueron contentos, que era el objetivo. Así que, bien.

“Semi-pleased with the short history of Madrid”
I'm happy with the things that guide told, but whole story seemed to be complicated. I mean there wasn't a proper flow in the story. We jumped from here to there in the history books ???? other than that Fernando is a cool guy, sometimes it's hard to understand his English, but overall I'm happy. Especially with the map and activity list he provided at the end of the tour.

Amazing guidance with Marik !! He's passionate about the city and gave us a lot of tips during the tour!!! The only annoying thing was to see him having to hold a big sign all the time, I would not feel comfortable if I was in his position hahaha Anyways I hope to come back, do the tour once again and, hopefully, see the guide using an umbrela this time !

I normally don't leave reviews, but this tour deserves it! The tour was really interesting despite the all the constructions around the city (just at the beginning) but the guide took us to a really nice and green areas with amazing views, also the way he told us the stories was amazing, it really made me to want to learn more about history!

Nice tour guide, the atmosphere always depends on the people within the group, I guess. For us the different stories and historical facts somehow weren’t always connected. So in the end we didn’t feel very well informed about Madrid’s and Spain’s history. The meeting point and the guides were easily spotted upon arrival at the plaza del sol.

I took the Madrid Walking Tour with two friends of mine, with Sonia being our guide. She was very sweet throughout the tour, making sure everyone was having a good time. We walked about 2 1/2 hours, which was a perfect amount of time. We had a splendid guiding around in Madrid on Sunday 24th of March. Starting from Puerta del Sol and following a very good tour-leader - Hector from Mexico - this became a success! We got the history of Spain and Madrid, history about the Bourbons and the Habsburgs amoung the regents - and the stories behind all the Plazas and the monuments. Hector terminated the tour 1-2 hours later than schedule, still full of energy and kindness! Thanks to Madrid and Hector!

The tour startet at 5:15 instead of five and finished at 7. There were just a few stops and poor information (not at all the content they advertised on the webpage). The girl who guided us was very kind and tried to care, but she should work on her English and the contents she is telling, even the stories of the places we already knew we did not understand. I’ve never ever written a comment like this but I feel like I’ve wasted time and hope that they will improve the tour in the future.

I had booked the tour online but received no email that it would be canceled. The guide recommended that I go to the Palacio Real as, he said, between 6 and 8 it would be free. However, upon arriving I found out that it closes at 6 in October and last entry is at 5 – it was already 5:30 at this point. So, I had a canceled tour and bad information.

Also, they do an amazing tour by the evening which includes a Flamenco show! That was really cool! You should come!

“Nice tour in the afternoon”
Nice tour with kc ! We went around the plaza del puerto del sol, saw some monastery, the royal palace and the cathedral through a good point of view and finished in a nice park with a cute temple !

I found this tour very helpful as I didn’t know what I wanted to do and see while in Madrid. The guide, KC, had a very good knowledge of the city and it’s history, especially considering he is not from Madrid. The only issue we had was, we were told the free times to visit the palace, and were told that it is only free for Europeans but they don’t check ID so we’ll still get in for free. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case, they did check ID and we did have to pay. But that’s ok! Just thought we’d let you know so that you don’t keep telling people that.

“Good walk in central Madrid”
Our tour guide was half Cuban-half Madrileno and he really knew his city. He took us to some of the main attractions ans his commentary/information was spot on, plus his delivery was very entertaining. He actually took the time to chat with each person a few times during the walking tour, which I found very smart. He answered most questions and was a really good entertainer. The views and sights were a great introduction to central Madrid and some of the Spanish traditions/ customs to look for. Very happy with this tour
