ready to get to know Granada in one tour? We will start knowing the historic center of the city, a cultural mix where we will find the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel, the Madrasa (Islamic school) and the Arab market of the Alcaicería. The same environment that shows us the imprint of Islamic and Christian culture in the city. In addition to some of its imperial buildings such as the Royal Chancery in Plaza Nueva. We will continue walking to the Albaicín, origin of the city and oldest neighborhood, where we will enjoy the wonderful views offered by its viewpoints, its cobbled streets and white houses, without forgetting to walk along the Darro River, one of the most beautiful and romantic of the whole city; the Paseo de los Tristes. And of course, we can't say goodbye without visiting Sacromonte, the flamenco and caves district, ¡OLÉ! Marta is a great tour guide. Marta explained about all the history of the albacin and Sacramonte cave houses. Marta's stories of how people lived and how life was then.

“Highly Recommend!”
Marta was excellent - so knowledgeable and passionate about the history, culture and evolution of Granada and Spain. Her spoken English was outstanding and engagement with the group was excellent. The use of an ear/microphone device meant that we could all hear Marta's information and could walk at our own pace. It was so nice to see the Albaicin and Sacromonte regions as well as some amazing (untouristy - if that's a word!) views of the Alhambra ; an added optional bonus (€1pp) we were able to go inside a cave house in the Sacromonte area. Marta was engaging, humorous and looked after everyone in the group. Marta also followed up the tour with recommendations of further places to visit, eat and enjoy. This walking tour is something you should not miss. Book it !

The technology used is very comfortable. Every word is clear but you don‘t have to stand close together. The content was interesting and gave a lot of different insights (history, fun facts, recommendations, Alhamba, best viewpoints????, …). Highly recommended.

“10/10 walking tour - Martha ”
Martha was a lovely positive tour guide with a breadth of knowledge about the history of Granada. You can see the passion and love she has for Granada. We learnt a lot about the history with detailed maps and explanations, tips on food, amazing viewpoints, we even got to see a house cave! She anlso accommodated all participants very well, including those with kids-prams whilst going up hills. We took breaks but she kept the energy up throughout. She also managed processions crowds well and got us around to see everything!
