Things to do Free Complete Granada: Albaicin, Center and the Cathedral

We will start the tour at Puerta de Elvira, the entrance to the mythical Albaizin neighborhood. There we will see the history of the neighborhood, the Cármenes and a viewpoint that usually goes unnoticed by tourists, with unique views, the Mirador de Carvajales. After explaining curiosities, legends, history and take some pictures, we will go down the neighborhood seeing remains of the original wall and historic buildings such as Mariana Pineda, to reach the Carrera del Darro, point where we say goodbye to the old Moorish quarter and we enter the modern Christian part, La Plaza Nueva, where we will see how the Reconquest modifies the city and tries to evangelize it, finally we will go to what I call the Christian Palaces, a beautiful and historically very important set; you will see: the Royal Chapel (tomb of the Kings), the Madraza (first University), the Alcaicería (old souk), the Church and the Cathedral. At this point we will have finished the tour, and you will know the most important and curious of the history of Granada. Our tours are entertaining and as if we were telling a story, forget about technicalities, it is a walk where we will have a good time, we will see unique things and learn.
