The best way to get to know the essence of its culture since ancient times is to visit the Olive Tree Museum. Emblematic place surrounded by centenary olive trees, located in the historic seventeenth century farm `Hacienda La Laguna' During the tour you will discover the functioning of the original ancient systems of the nineteenth century for the collection and processing of olive oil, facts and curiosities about this ancient tree, a garden with more than 30 different varieties of olive trees and our winery known as "The Cathedral of Olive Oil" and declared of Cultural Interest in 1992. After the visit to the museum, we will have a complete tasting of olive oils, in which we will learn to recognize the main organoleptic characteristics of the oils, putting ourselves in the shoes of professional tasters.
