At the scheduled time and after picking up at the hotel or apartment, we will move to the Sierra de Huelva, previously we will have a mountain breakfast with local products. We continue our journey until we reach the facilities to learn about the process of making Iberian ham, we will discover the natural environment where pigs are raised; the dehesa, a unique Mediterranean ecosystem that has been adapting since Roman times.During the visit to the drying room, we will taste the final product where we will put our senses to the test. At the end, we will move to Aracena to enjoy a guided walk and enjoy a tasting of traditional local cheeses.

Taking advantage of the visit, we cannot leave without visiting the Grutas de las Maravillas, an enclave of underground caves where the passage of millions of years has sculpted the minerals in sinuous ways.In the afternoon, return to Seville.
