“A nice way to get introduction to Bilbao!”
Miguel greeted us nicely and funny. The tour was instructive. A bit of the history and the culture of Bilbao and the Basque region, some explanations about the proud and distinguished position of the Basque region within the Spanish embrace, an introduction to the greater Bilbao metropolitan area, some explanations about the eating and socializing habits of the city. A nice way to get introduced to Bilbao.

“Free walking tours by free spirit bilbao”
Arrived in Bilbao at 4.00pm and was on the 5.30pm walking tour. Was fantastic introduction to Bilbao by Miguel. Took us thru the old town and gave us interesting stories about the Basque people and region. Also gave recommendations on places to go, use of metro etc, drinks and food. Did I mention he recommended drinks! tried the Kalimotxo and was pleasantly surprised. also tasted many Pintxos starting with la gilda, olives, anchovy, pickled peppers and olive oil which went down a treat. Highly recommended tour!!

La guida, pur arrivando senza ombrello rosso, ha fornito diverse informazioni informative e utili, fornite in modo rilassato al piccolo gruppo (meno di 10 persone). Ho imparato l'importanza della cultura basca a livello globale, ad esempio l'origine di 3 barche utilizzate nientemeno che da Cristoforo Colombo, e persino 3 buoni posti per pintxos in Plaza Nueva. Il mio unico rimpianto? Non aver fatto questo tour all'inizio del mio soggiorno, per poter beneficiare dei consigli personali della guida. Grazie ancora, Miguel!

“Casco Viejo Tour with Miguel”
Very nice experience with our local guide. A nice mix of historical backgrounds, architecture and local “must do”.
We were 3 people, and very satisfied with the tour through Casco Viejo. The tour took about 90’, which is enough.
