Visita guiada al Palacio Ducal

It was the second horrible tour !!!! the first tour I booked. I came three minutes too late and my guide was away. I wrote her that I’m on my way and sent her photos of my actually location. I came from Abano Terme especially for the tour to Venice and she didn’t wait three minutes!!!!! Yesterday, I booked Doges Palace guided tour for 69 Euro! Meeting point I was very early until the time where the tour should start nobody is there - no guide , nobody !!- and I have no contact to phone or something else. I was waiting there 45 minutes. Another couple who booked a different tour was also waiting and after one hour, came a person who told us that she makes the tour a little girl 15 years old ????) she accompanies us to the Marcus Platz and then we should wait again. We are totally out of time. I was so stressed that I’m not able to follow the tour because I came again from Abano Terme!!!!It’s a long tour to Venice : first with a taxi to the train station , then go by train. at least with the vaporetto from St Lucia to san Marco and then going by feet to the meeting point I was very very early there yesterday. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? It was pure horror !!!!! never again it’s all I can say. I will never book anything at this platform!!!!
