“Great tour of Valladolid”
We had a great time during our walking tour. It was a bit shorter than some others tours I've done (1.5h as said, rather than the 2-2.5hr many tours take) but it was enough to get around the city and see the main highlights. We did the evening one so didn't get to visit the market.
The guide was great and helpful and willing to answer all questions:)

We were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of Luiz's tour around Mérida! He gave lots of interesting information and was able to answer our questions in a lot of detail - he also had an amazing energy which kept us really engaged throughout. He also provided us with lots of museum/restaurant/activity recommendations at the end which was a great touch. 10/10!

La organización fue buena y el recorrido escogido también. El guía tenía mucha información para darnos, pero posiblemente debido a los nervios, a veces no la transmitía de la forma más ordenada (saltos temporales) lo que dificultaba seguir el hilo de la explicación. Seguro que en un par de tours más esto se pasa.
Nos sorprendió toda la historia que puede tener la ciudad de Valladolid.

The tour was very informative. I appreciated the focus on educating us about the real history of the area rather than watching a bunch of buildings. Free usually means low quality. That was not the case with this tour. It was good. I also appreciated that they had separate guides for Spanish and English speakers. Even though it is free, I suggest that everyone tip. They deserve it and I am sure they are not paid what they are worth.

This is an interesting little tour for 1.5 hours. We probably would’ve liked to have seen more places but maybe they centered the tour on the most important ones that fit the history the best. We visited after the Hurricane Beryl and shops were open, tourist sites like churches were opening but famous, historic sites were still closed.

A pesar de intentarlo el tour no llenó las expectativas. Podria ser mejor si se estructura de otra manera. Yo suguiero poner el contexto historico de manera que se conecte mejor la historia de Mérida y Valladolid con los eventos socio-económicos antes y despues de Guerra de Castas, y Durante la conquista. No Hugo mención del HENEQUEN y ni de la manera como influyó en la politica socio-economica del siglo XVIII y XIX. Y para rematar el tour no es FREE ni tampoco de acuerdo a lo que ud quiera dar. Lo guias exigieron minmimo $150 MXN ya que la plataforma Les cobra $80 MXN (?). No es corrector que no lo mencionan cuando se hace el booking online.

The guide was very nice and knew her material but difficult to understand due to a strong accent. She also talked too fast making understanding more difficult.
