We will start our route at the Balcony of the Mediterranean, which is located at the end of the Rambla Nova. From there, we will enjoy one of the best views of the city before heading to the Amphitheater. Once immersed in the history of the ancient Romans, we will continue walking until we reach the gates of the Roman Circus, where I will explain some of its curiosities.
On the way, have you ever wondered who was the first Roman emperor of the city of Tarraco? You can find out by the Praetorian Tower, where you will learn about his history and his intentions in this wonderful city.
Walking towards the Cathedral of Santa Tecla, we will find the Forum Square, the ancient center of social and political life. Arriving at the Cathedral of Santa Tecla, built on Roman and Arab foundations, you will admire its beauty and learn more about its history.
We will finish the tour at the Walls, located in front of the Rambla Vella, where I will explain what happened to part of them and how the Ancient Tarraconensis, which today we know as Tarragona, ended.
