From Gijon to Covadonga there is about one hour by car. Before arriving, there will be a short stop in Cangas de Onis visiting the old Roman bridge. Later we’ll go to Covadonga lakes. Amazing place with astonishing views of both lakes.

Things to do Gijón Covadonga and Lakes visiting Ribadesella and Lastres

From Gijon to Covadonga there is about one hour by car. Before arriving, there will be a short stop in Cangas de Onis visiting the old Roman bridge. Later we’ll go to Covadonga lakes. Amazing place with astonishing views of both lakes and the highest mountains of Asturias. Later we’ll go Covadonga sanctuary visiting sacred cave. And visiting Covadonga church. Later we’ll go to Ribadesella, then of a short walk around sta. Marina beach we’ll go to lastres. There you’ll have time to have lunch in a very good fishing and seafood restaurant. At the end of the day we’ll go back to Gijon. (Food not included).
