Description

In the south of Spain, we find this beautiful coastal city, full of history and culture along its streets. Our Cadiz Free Walking Tour invites you to explore its monumental wealth and most emblematic landmarks. 

This walking tour starts with the impressive seaside views from Campo del Sur, also known as Little Havana, where we will admire this “tacita de plata” (tacit city of silver) at its maximum splendour. This millennial city represents the presence of different cultures over the years.

We will then continue towards the Old Cathedral, the temple with a major history in the city of Cadiz. The medieval narrow streets of Barrio del Pópulo take us to the old town, where the Roman Theatre is located, considered the oldest one in the Iberian Peninsula.

Our English speaking guide will happily show us everything about the palatial square and the beautiful façade of the Cathedral. We will also visit the Market Hall to understand the commercial idiosyncrasy of Cadiz, and get into the sailor’s Barrio de la Viña, full of white houses and colourful flowers.

    Ayer disfrutamos de una visita guiada por Koke por una bonita ciudad como es Cádiz, antigua Gades. Guía muy agradable que nos enseñó, como si estuviéramos viviendo un cuento, la parte más auténtica de esta preciosa ciudad. El tiempo pasó muy rápido y todo fue muy agradable. Visita muy recomendada para el que quiera conocer de verdad la bella ciudad de Cádiz.

    Por cierto lo de Mario no es de este mundo, que maravilla de visita, fue una muy muy buena visita, ya no por lo que explicaba, sino como lo hacia, la simpatía que derrochaba, con los niños una maravilla, que queréis que os diga, lo pero ha sido no tener la foto, el resto es para daros un 11 sobre 10, como vuelva a Cadiz vuelvo a llamaros para hacer otro tour con vosotros fue espectacular¡¡¡¡¡ Y no lo opino yo sino que lo opinamos todos los que estuvimos en la excursión.

    Hola! nuestro guia, Jorge, de Cadiz-Cadiz- ha sido una bellisima persona, llena de su natural saleo espanol a quien por momentos se me hacia dificil seguirle en sus palabras pero su encanto, humor y frescura lo superaba. Poco tiempo el que le pude dedicr a tan hermosa ciudad, a la que regresare para ver mas y mejor. En especial, Arcos de la Frontera. Muchas gracias linda gente! AH!! Y LOS DATOS DE COMIDA PROVISIONADOS POR JORGE HAN SIDO UN GRAN SUCESO!
