Itinerary At the appointed time we will meet at the Haro Tourist Office and begin the guided tour. To begin with, we will go back to the origins of Haro as we enter the streets of the old town. One of the most famous areas of the town is La Herradura, a place for tapas par excellence and where we will be able to see the most important points of Haro, such as the Plaza de la Paz, the Plaza de San Martín or the church of Santo Tomás. While we explore the old town of Haro, we will tell you how the city was in the past, specifically from the 10th century to the 19th century, when it enjoyed a unique splendor. You will be surprised by its anecdotes and history. Also, during the guided tour, we will reveal the reasons why Haro has been called the capital of Rioja.
