Things to do Free Tour: Fuerteventura's Sea Bottom
Ajuy is much more than a pretty fishing village where you can swim in a black sand beach, eat fresh fish or visit some caves carved by the sea. And is that its walls hide the oldest secrets of the Canary Islands. Have you ever wondered what the walls would say if they spoke? Those of Ajuy tell how Fuerteventura was born, grew and its population survived thanks to them.
In this tour you will walk along the ancient seabed for about an hour and you will cover almost the entire west side of the Natural Monument of Ajuy. We will stop at the most relevant places along the way and it will end right at the beginning of the descent to its famous caves. Once there, if you wish, you can access them on your own.
At this point, I hope that the stones of the road have already made you an accomplice of its secrets.
