We will start our tour at the Arco de San Fernando, to get into the old part of the city. The first stop will be in an emblematic place that is the heart of Salamanca. Then, we will cross the Corrillo square and head towards one of the most iconic sites of the city: the University of Salamanca, the oldest in Spain. Upon reaching its façade, you will challenge your eyes in search of its hidden figures. We will also explore the courtyard of the Escuelas Menores, home of the famous Cielo de Salamanca, a 15th century mural painting that we will visit if it is open. We will then continue on to the impressive New Cathedral, known for its Plateresque architecture, and pass by the Episcopal Palace, which now houses the Historical Museum of Salamanca. We will conclude the Salamanca Free Tour in the heart of the city.
