Starting from the Plaza del Castillo, we will make a brief historical introduction, and we will provide you with radio guides for your convenience during the tour. In this enjoyable visit, we will talk about history, the Sanfermines (Essence, reason, feeling), the running of the bulls narrated by a regular runner of the slope of Santo Domingo, battles and confrontations that forged the destiny and character of the city, such as the church fortress of San Saturnino. We will follow the trail of the Camino de Santiago, and in the City Hall of Pamplona and vibrate with the narration of the Txupinazo that kicks off our festivities. We will also follow part of the route of the running of the bulls (Cuesta de Santo Domingo- Curva Mercaderes- Estafeta) and we will walk through the Navarrería, the oldest area of the city, where the Cathedral, which we will border, stands over the ancient Vascon settlement and the Roman forum. We will finish talking about gastronomy in the shadow of the ancient palace of the kings of Navarre, where we will provide you with an extensive list of establishments and recommendations where you can taste the local cuisine.
