The group will meet at the scheduled time at Plaza de Alfonso II El Casto, an apt place to recount the history of Oviedo, the region's capital of Asturias. We will discuss its breathtaking Gothic Cathedral consecrated to the Holy Saviour and the 12 Apostles. Walking the streets of the city, we'll discover how Oviedo left behind its royal roots and became the most important commercial city in Asturias. We'll walk to Plaza de la Consitución, demarcated by the Oviedo Town Hall and the San Isidoro El Real Church, an old Jesuit school. Strolling through the historic streets of this novelesque city, we'll arrive at Plaza de la Escandalera, one of the most elegant corners of the city. This tour needs a minimum of 4 people to be carried out.
