Hiking experience in a circular route through the canyons, Sa Talaia and Coll Baix. Possibility to include private transport and additional services on demand. A totally flexible activity, adapted to your needs.
This round-trip hiking route through the north of Mallorca allows you to discover spectacular natural landscapes while getting to know three areas of great cultural interest, which help you understand how people have traditionally lived on the island and how they have adapted to this natural environment over time. The first area of interest is at the beginning of the route, where you walk along ancient stone paths used for centuries by farmers and shepherds. These paths preserve dry stone walls, a traditional technique very common in Mallorca and recognized by UNESCO. Along the way you can see small rural constructions, such as shelters and the remains of huts, which were used to protect from the weather and store tools. This part of the route allows you to imagine what life was like in the mountains, based on the work in the fields and the use of natural resources.
