(advance reservation required) The visit of the dairy takes place in the village of Sosas de Laciana. The dairy, hydraulic, sold its butter to the company that had its headquarters in the valley and was marketed in Madrid by Mantequeras Leonesas. All the machines are in working order and in good condition. The village of Sosas has many other attractions that we will discover on a fresh and revitalizing walk. We will move to the neighboring village of Villaseca de Laciana, to change the era, but especially the landscape. The former mining operation is now a craft brewery, producing the delicious 1270 beer, named after the year in which the kings of León granted the Carta de Puebla to the Laciana Valley. Discover this region as you have never seen it before.
