Things to do Guided Tour of the Historic Center of Cuenca
After making the appropriate historical introduction of the city in front of the facade of the Cathedral, we will go up what is probably the most beautiful street in Cuenca, the Ronda de Julián Romero. Here we find the Posada San José, the viewpoints over the Hoz del Huécar, several noble houses with their wooden overhangs, the Convent of the Carmelites and the old Court of the Inquisition. In the viewpoint that today is located next to the old cells and that dominates the old and the modern part, we will enjoy the best views of the city.
Here, at the top, the ruins of the medieval castle hanging between two ravines remain. The Hoz del Júcar will serve as a descent route, but not before stopping by the octagonal church of San Pedro, the tower of San Nicolás and several viewpoints.
The icing on the cake awaits: we will say goodbye next to the illuminated balcony of the Hanging Houses and the Bridge of San Pablo.

“Cuenca”
