Night Freetour Women of A Coruña

Group guided tour at night fall focused in the stories of different women that have left they mark in the history of A Coruña.

The visit starts at the square named in honor to our local heroine, María Pita. Besides her story and the reason why she is so important for our city, we will also talk about her personal issues and less known, as her relationship with her sister. The tour goes next the Saint George church, where two woman made something unique one century ago. We will continue to Saint Mary collegiate church y Saint Barbara square. Also, very important Spanish writers as Rosalía de Castro or Emilia Pardo Bazán cannot be missed in this tour. And other woman, not so well known but that have changed the history of the World, as it happens with Isabel Zendal.
