Unfortunately there was a mix up with this tour. I arrived a few minutes late and there was a tour at the start location which I assumed was mine. The tour guide (a young woman) was being shouted at by another guide (older man), so I didn't feel comfortable to approach and say I was late, and thought I'd do so as we started moving. The older man walked away saying he was calling the police, the younger woman explained the guides that have been doing tours for years don't like newcomers so often make scenes like this saying she doesn't have a licence (which she said she did but her badge hadn't arrived yet). I continued on the tour with her. It turns out I was on the wrong tour, my mistake. I received a WhatsApp message saying I hadn't turned up and would be banned from booking any more tours with free tour. I replied saying I was on the tour and sent a photo. Free tour replied saying I was on the wrong tour, I apologised and said I hadn't realised. They replied 'so what' (very rude) and asked me to find out from the young woman who she worked for. I said I would be blocking this number as they were being rude. They said they didn't like people who didn't respect them. Overall a very bad experience with free tour. It was my mistake I joined the wrong tour, but perhaps if the older man tour guide had been more focused on his own tour and gathering his guests, rather than shouting at a young woman, I would have found the correct tour. And then the WhatsApp interaction was horrible, it was a genuine mistake which they were very rude about. In the end I'm glad I joined the wrong tour and that my money went to the young woman instead of this company. I don't really care that I have been banned from booking again, as I wouldn't use them anyway. (note, I have given 3 starts for content and usefulness but I didn't do the tour so can't really comment, but couldn't not give stars)
