Visita guiada privada de la ciudad de Marrakech

What a disappointment and rip off!!!! We were advised that we would have a full day tour of Marakesh discovering the sights of the city with a private guide including lunch at a local restaurant. The guide arrived on time and the walking tour started very well and was interesting. However, he explained that he was freelance and had not been informed of the details of the tour and said the tour was over after 2 hrs 45 mins. I told him I had paid for full day tour for 2 people and showed him the email highlighting the itinerary but he said he could not continue for the afternoon but do d offer to come back the next day to continue the tour!!!!! We had arrangements for next day so declined. He then asked for his payment despite me having paid a non refundable deposit at booking. This tour of 2 3/4 he tour ended up costing over 100 euros which I believe was an absolute rip off for what we got! I will NEVER book with your company again
