At the appointed time we will meet at the Zócalo to begin this free tour of its essential places. We will start walking to the Capilla del Rosario, considered one of the most beautiful jewels of the novo-hispanic baroque, famous for its golden decoration. We will continue to La Victoria, one of the first commercial centers of the city, and then we will visit the Regional Museum of the Mexican Revolution, a historic mansion that houses important episodes of this period. The tour will then take us to the Barrio del Artista, a corner full of workshops, galleries and cultural atmosphere. Nearby we will find the Mercado El Parián, the most emblematic handicraft market in Puebla, where you can appreciate talavera, typical sweets and traditional crafts. We will continue to the picturesque Callejón de los Sapos, known for its antique stores and colorful surroundings. Later we will visit the Casa de la Cultura, home to exhibitions and the Palafoxiana Library, the oldest in America. Finally, we will admire the imposing Cathedral of Puebla, architectural symbol of the city, noted for its high towers, where we will conclude this tour.
