The tour provides a good introduction to the history of Puebla and some of its major sites. The tour starts 10 minutes after the announced time, which is quite inconvenient for people who show up early/on time. Then it wound up running over in length and I had to leave early. It was great to visit the Rosary Chapel together and to receive a detailed explanation. I would suggest that your participants only be given 5 minutes to shop so that the tour is not delayed waiting for participants to finish shopping g.

“Walk needed more information ”
We were told the original English guide was sick so we were assigned a replacement who generally does the tour in Spanish. The tour lacked information and seem more like we were just taking a walk in the neighbourhood. The guide was not leading the group strong enough. It seemed too improvised then a planned itinerary. Other than that, Puebla is beautiful to visit on foot!

Erika and Dianna were wonderful and humorous guides! My 12 yo and 14 yo and I had a great time. We learned so many interesting things. The walk was about 2.5 hours, and we sampled mole and sweet treats.
