The tour provides a good introduction to the history of Puebla and some of its major sites. The tour starts 10 minutes after the announced time, which is quite inconvenient for people who show up early/on time. Then it wound up running over in length and I had to leave early. It was great to visit the Rosary Chapel together and to receive a detailed explanation. I would suggest that your participants only be given 5 minutes to shop so that the tour is not delayed waiting for participants to finish shopping g.

“Walk needed more information ”

We were told the original English guide was sick so we were assigned a replacement who generally does the tour in Spanish. The tour lacked information and seem more like we were just taking a walk in the neighbourhood. The guide was not leading the group strong enough. It seemed too improvised then a planned itinerary. Other than that, Puebla is beautiful to visit on foot!

I did the tour in English and it was ok to understand. The guide was very young with passion for the city. Although missing some guide experience so keep on guiding! I would recommend to start the tour in a quiet place in order to have give basic information about Mexico and the city. We did everything while walking in crowded places, which made it difficult to concentrate and understand. Also a microphone would be useful. The tour has potential but still needs some training and guide experience.
