I booked the "tour" yesterday evening. paid 10 bucks for it and was looking forward to a good experience. Today in the afternoon about 1½ hours before I looked for the meeting point and because it wasn't that clear where exactly to meet the group, I contacted the provider. no answer. about 10-15 minutes before the tour started I was at the meeting point but nobody was there to find. my message still unanswered. I was waiting 10 minutes after the tour begun still at the meeting point. nobody was there. my first message unanswered. I wrote another one and called for the support... maybe it was misfortune or bad luck. but I wouldn't book that tour again without a clear address where to meet.
