“Get to know the city”
Excellent overview of the most important landmarks and the history of the city. The guide (Dale) was knowledgeable and the tour was very engaging. As it's impossible to pack everything Krakow has to offer in 2.5 hours, Dale gave a lot of tips on what to else to explore. I'd recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city. “Krakow Old Town and Castle”
Very enjoyable. Dale our tour guide shared a lot of historical facts and tales which made that 2.5 hours tour go by very quickly. He also timed the walks perfectly so that we could see the special moments like trumpeter and clock "performances" during that walk. And he provided us a lot of useful tips about what else to do when in Krakow. Highly recommended.

“Krakow Free Tour: Old Town & Castle ”
Very dissapointed! I arrived on time and there was nobody there. As my Internet was playing up, I didn't receive an email that was sent out saying - It was cancelled as because they didn't realise the Tour guide was off on that day. How did they not know!
It's a shame as I was only in Poland for a short time, it would have been good know more about the Town.

Nobody showed up! There was no tour! I was there for no reason!
I booked one month ago or something like that. Nobody sent me a message that tour is not going to happen and is cancelledõ
Sent them a message one minute before tour start because could not find anyone and waited couple of minutes after tour start.
Something like that has never happened to me before!!! Ever!

“A Brilliant Introduction to Krackow”
Karolina led our tour which was excellent. She was very friendly , clear speaking and knowledgeable. She made it fun and we really loved it. We saw lots of things we wouldn’t have noticed ourselves and had a lovely break half way round in an underground cafe in the old university building. I would definitely recommend the tour and if you have Karolina you will be very happy with it.

He is very passionate about his city and his culture and this shone through making the tour that bit more special. Recommendations for places to go was useful to. Can't recommend these tours enough if you really want to learn about the city and it's history.

Rudolf was fantastic as a guide (& we’ve done a LOT of these types of tours) it was fast paced and kept everyone’s interest. He kept a group of 42(!!) of us together & pitched it perfectly. It gave a whistle stop tour of Polish history-just gutted we couldn’t make the later tour of the Jewish Quarter-so much so we are planning a 2nd trip back for it! 5 stars all round. Thanks Rudolf :)

Karolina is an excellent tour guide.
She gave us an informative and entertaining overview of the history of Poland and the Old Town. She had some funny stories to tell and took us to places that I had on my list. For example, the old university.
There was a mixture of ages on the tour and Karolina was very approachable.
It's safe to say that everyone enjoyed the tour.
