I took this tour on November 8, 2023. Martin, our guide, was very knowledgeable. The tour covered everything for art and architecture to immigration, colonialism, social class differences, economics, city planning and more. Martin will even send you his own personal travel tips and recommendations. Very well prepared and presented. A great tour though one of the city's most interesting and picturesque neighborhoods.

En todas las experiencias de este tipo de Tours que he tenido a lo largo de mis viajes por varios países, nunca me ocurrió lo de ayer: El guía no se presentó al lugar de la cita!!. un día espléndido, en el punto de reunión se defraudó a un grupo de más de 20 personas. Varios de nosotros llamamos al organizador, Agustín Val de "Free Walking Tours Buenos Aires", para preguntar y nos respondió que había sido cancelado por falta de reservas, algo que no es real porque todos los que estábamos allí teníamos reservas y en mi caso puedo hablar de que la tenía confirmada a través de ustedes e, incluso, el día previo recibí el aviso recordatorio. el grupo estaba dispuesto a esperar si enviaban un guía, cosa a la que el organizador no accedió por no tener guías disponibles y que habían a visado a todos (?) la cancelación. Y en mi caso, puntualmente me dijeron que el problema era que yo había realizado la reserva a través de la aplicación de Free Tours. Apuesto siempre al concepto de este tipo de Tours y me molesta que en mi propio país ocurran estas negligencias para decepción de turistas locales y extranjeros. Siento profunda vergüenza.

“Recoleta free walking tour”

I thoroughly enjoyed the free walking tour and found it very insightful. It's a great way to see the city and to learn details that you would not know if exploring by oneself. Fernando our guide was well informed and had a good sense of humour. Make sure that you take water and a snack with you. You don't have to be fit to enjoy this tour, it is manageable for all levels of fitness.

Contenido muy bueno y entretenido, excelente servicio pero la guía Loly es muy repetitiva, habla mucho sobre dinero e insiste reiteradamente con el tema cuando comienza el tour, segundo siempre está a la defensiva con la idiosincrasia argentina o sus defectos y además tiene una muletilla muy desagradable, dice Aproximadamente 5000 veces por hora "en general"
