A folkloric tourism tour that reveals the history, traditions, nature and wine culture of the Italian-Brazilian and Luso-Brazilian communities in Brazil, showing the richness and living legacy of this Latin American population.
Our History and Nature Walking Tour of Palermo is an experience that encompasses natural landscapes, architecture, culture, folklore, and language. Over the course of three hours, we’ll explore this historic, aristocratic residential neighborhood, experiencing its way of life just like a local. We’ll explore eight specialized fields within the discipline of history, as well as the historical and cultural heritage of various communities, and in particular the historical and cultural heritage of that segment of the Argentine population whose ancestral folkloric culture is Celtic—as they belong to the current Latin Celtic ethnic groups of Friuli-Veneto-Julian, Lombard, Piedmontese, French, Asturian, Galician, and Portuguese descent, as well as to the present-day Scottish and Irish Celtic ethnic groups, which make up the majority of the population born in the northern part of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
