Join us to explore a mountain stream with cascading waterfalls and natural pools. The adventure begins in El Colomo village and leads deep into the mountains!
Our journey will begin in Puerto Vallarta; we will travel northeast by bus to the state of Nayarit and then transfer to a minibus. Then, we will reach the small authentic village of El Colomo and begin our hiking route towards the mountains. We will follow a path through fields and forests, over hills, with amazing flora and fauna and beautiful views. Then, we will climb the waterfall and enjoy fresh water in natural outdoor baths with beautiful views.
Difficulty: medium-hard.
The path itself is not very difficult, but quite long and exhausting, also, to reach the top you will have to climb the wall a little. But it's not very difficult.
A circular route about 10 km long.
Depending on the speed, this will take from 5 to 7 hours. Excluding travel time to El Colomo and back.
