Hiking Tour to Las Palmas Waterfall

From Puerto Vallarta, we head northeast to the small village of Las Palmas de Arriba. We will make our way by bus. Our hike will begin in the village of Las Palmas. We will walk along the path to the river. Then we will go up the river, through the jungle, and we will have to cross the stream several times to reach the waterfall. Sounds like quite an adventure! The difficulty is medium. The circular route is about 9 km long. Depending on the speed, the journey duration is 5-6 hours. You also need to add about 2 hours on the road from Puerto Vallarta and back. Full-day hike. Available all year round but best visited during the rainy season.
