I learned a lot from Patrick – he knows much about the city and its history from the nine years he has lived in Pilsen. And he really loves the city! He showed me to some "secret spots" (backyards) apart from the main attractions and adapted the tour based on where I had been or not. The Organisation aspect gets a bit of a lower rating, since there was no information, exactly where to meet (outside the main entrance to the curch), and since there was no info on where the tour would go - but he will fix that, he told me. Usefulness "only" gets four stars since I had been some days in the city already – otherwise I had given five stars, since he happily gives tips about restaurants, cafés and activities you can do in the city.
