We did the walking tour with David in the afternoon on a weekday. It was informative and interesting. David knows so much about the historic centre of CDMX and was able to answer all of the questions our group had, as well as share fascinating tidbits and stories. He gave us plenty of food and cultural recommendations. We enjoyed the tour and felt it helped us understand more of the area. Our only regret is that we didn't do this on our first day in CDMX!

“Great Tour with Ady”
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Ady! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny! She is local to the area and had lots of information and recommendations to share and took the time to give us a lot of history of Mexico City. Her English was very good and she had a mic so you could easily hear her. You cover the main sights around the Zocolo plus we walked down another street and a couple other plazas we would not have gotten to otherwise. Please note you do not go inside any buildings on this tour - it is a great introduction to the city and downtown area but you'll need to leave time to go inside the places after the tour. When your arrive for the tour you may be initially overwhelmed by the number of people but don't worry! They will split you up into smaller groups with one guide each. Our initial large group was split up into 4 smaller tour groups. We had 12 or so in our group and it worked out well. Thank you for a great tour Ady!

We booked the free tour and so glad we did! The meeting point was clear and the guides were exactly where they said they would be. The tour was perfect in length and we learned so much about the area. We definitely recommend this tour.

He was very entertaining and gave us lots of different information on diverse topics, including history but also architecture, food and culture. Learnt loads of cool facts from him - the Nahuatl language, the cortez Spanish conquest of the Aztec Empire with a small army, the food scene of CDMX (turns out pre-hispanic mexico was heavily vegetarian but the aztecs also engaged in ritualistic cannibalism). The rain came down and we braved thru it.

I'm glad I got the chance to join this tour on my last day in Mexico. Everything was organized perfectly, guides were all friendly and helpful. Es un muy buen paseo a realizar apenas llegas a la ciudad para ubicarte bien y conocer como se formo la ciudad. La guía muy simpática y con unos datos excelentes.

“Excelente experiencia con Luis”
Tuvimos un excelente tour de la guía de Luis. Nos contó mucha de la historia del centro histórico, nos entregó muchos datos que no conocíamos además de llevar material visual con él. Fue una conversación agradable y Luis estuvo siempre preocupado de consultar si teníamos dudas o dejaba espacio para hacer preguntas. A diferencia de otros tour que hemos tomado, no sentimos que corriéramos contra el tiempo. Volvería a tomar un tour con Luis! Muchas gracias!

“As advertised”
A good overview of Centro and its history. I thought we would go into the cathedral on the tour, but we didn’t. There is lots of time after you check in with the guide if you are on time as the tour started 10 past the start time and you are asked to be there 10 minutes early.

“a bit disappointing”
We walked barely a few blocks around the Cathedral. The guide explained some history and added a lot of personal opinions/political views. We didn't cover as much neighborhood area nor history as I had hoped. Maybe I should have opted for another tour entitled "tour with a historian"
