“Tour great, return to taco stand experience not so good”
The food was really good and quite affordable. Just so you know for the future, I went back to the first taco stand, I think it's called the Flying Cat, the next day to have the enchilada again. The person who was cooking and making the tacos with his bare hands also collected the money. In addition, he gave me a regular taco and called it an enchilada. I will not go back here and wonder how he treats other tourists who return.

The taco tour was fantastic! Our guide, Neza, shared tons of interesting insights and had a great sense of humor. We visited three unique taco spots, all of which felt genuinely local and non-touristy—exactly what we were hoping for. The food was delicious, and as a group of four vegetarians, we appreciated that Neza provided us with excellent alternatives.

We had fun on this tour, guide taught us all how to order in Spanish which was helpful as it was the beginning of our trip. He taught us what each taco was and the variations on mexican tortilla based foods. Taco stands were well priced and extremely good. Definitely do not miss this if you're a bit nervous of street food or you bloody love it.

Our guide Netza was amazing. Really friendly and knowledgeable.
He showed us hidden gems of taco stands we never would've discovered on our own, and the tacos were fantastic.
On top of that, he shared a lot about the history of Mexico and Mexican food. I also was part of a super cool and diverse group, so the vibe felt like hanging out with friends on a night out in the city.
I would definitely recommend it!

the tour was great and so was the guide but I didn't feel comfortable because I knew that if there were Spaniards there then you would be ignored as a black person. I don't know why because the Spaniards somehow have problems with black people and above all she was in a group even worse and even more unfriendly. This is not the first time that this has happened to me on a tour. The others were very friendly and open towards me. On the whole OK.but a good tour

We loved this tour with Daniela. The group was big so split into 2 smaller groups, Daniela was really friendly and made general conversation as we were walking, she was happy to answer questions we had and told us a bit about herself which made her really relatable. The tacos were also really good, they were all street tacos and local places that we would never have found and eaten at on our own. I would definitely recommend this tour as a must when visiting Mexico City!

One of my favourite tours!
We went to 3 places and ate some amazing things. Eli gave us a lot of advice on what to try and what would be a speciality, that we wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Price of tacos was very good (15-55 peso depending on the place and what we have ordered). I can’t understand that other companies charge you 50-80€ for a similar tour. We were very happy to have found Kaktus!

Our tour guide Leo was very friendly and accommodated us even though we were 15 mins late. Had the best tacos of my life at Taqueria "EL MOROCHO" but we chose it as were late to join the group but the rest of the group ate somewhere else that we got to know was not as good. We went to another taco place that was okay. Leo explained about different chilies and showed us samples, which was very interesting!

Hicimos el tour el día 31 de marzo. No podemos estar más satisfechos con el servicio, a pesar de que fue un grupo enorme los chicos se organizaron a la perfección para realizar el tour. Las taquerias donde nos llevaron estuvieron excelentes. Las explicaciones del guía sobre la historia del Taco demuestran mucho conocimiento y por supuesto la conversión que se da durante el tour es de lo mejor. Finalmente los consejos que te dan sobre cualquier cosa que preguntes sobre el moverse/viajar en CDMX son invaluables.

Ella was a great guide, really charming and made the whole grouper feel well!
My partner was vegan and the even had vegan taco stand right at the last stop
