“Excellent Tour”
We were a group of five, three generations, and the only ones on the tour. It was excellent, very informative. The description of human sacrifice was a little too graphic for my 12 year old granddaughter, but our guide was very helpful and solicitous when she got faint and vomited (yes, really), and we were able to carry on with the tour. I highly recommend this tour for adults and children who can handle it. I feel like we saw many things we wouldn’t have even noticed on our own. Lots of stories and insights.

“Excellent Beginners' Tour for Historic Mexico City”
This tour was fantastic. We were stunned a free tour was this lengthy (~2 or 2.5 hours) and so full of content. Emiliano was our extremely knowledgeable guide and 100% fluent in English. His understanding of the city's Historic Center is vast and he made it very easy to understand and love the stories behind all the architecture and culture happening there. He'll run through the Aztec origins and Spanish influence of every area, as well as provide food and other sightseeing recommendations. I agree with other reviewers that this should be a starting tour from which you can decide what things you want to dedicate more time to.

Nos tocó hacer el tour con la guía Mónica, que estuvo muy bien. Tenía mucho contenido, sabía como explicarlo y era simpática. El recorrido nos pareció muy interesante. Como sugerencia, le diría que empezara presentándose y contando un poco de su historia de vida y de la historia de la ciudad. Eso atrae la atención de los participantes y establece un relación más próxima desde el inicio. Su sugerencia de restaurante para después del tour fue precisa! Una experiencia que recomendamos a todos los turistas que visiten la Ciudad de México.

“A fun 2 hours in DF”
Our guide was from “Mexico a pie.” She had some interesting stories for us - mostly fun facts. A couple of things she said, particularly with numbers, we later verified by internet that they were different (usually less impressive), but the fact that she got us looking things up that we would have just walked by is good enough. We like the fun stories and shared some of them in our picture captions. Our guide smiled the whole time and made us feel welcome, asked a little about us, and she answered all of our questions. The group was small, which was good for asking questions. I think that our guide would have excelled with a somewhat larger group. She also advised some places to visit later - and we visited them all. Now I wish I had asked her even more questions!

“Couldn't be better!”
We spent a few hours with Andres in CDMX and loved it. We were lucky to get a "private" tour with just my spouse and I but if the group was larger I'm sure he would have delivered a similar experience. Great overall coverage of sites in El Centro with everything you might expect from a great guide. This was our second FreeTour, with the first being in Montreal. Don't be silly, just book it (and don't forget to tip)!

La verdad es que habiamos tenido una mala experiencia el dia anterior con otra empresa de tours y estábamos un poco a la expectativa.
Nos sorprendió muy gratamente el trato y el buen hacer de nuestro guia Andres y sus explicaciones fueron muy buenas. 100% recomendable Mexico a Pie Tours

Brenda was an amazing guide. She went at a relaxed but steady pace. She was very knowledgeable and gave us some wonderful tips. I loved the way that she would ask us questions and keep us involved in the conversation. We definitely learned a lot.
