Join us for a walking tour along Paseo de Montejo, led by local guides who will share the history and key landmarks of this emblematic avenue in Mérida. The tour begins at the Monument to Montejo and Son, an important point for understanding the city’s origins. We then continue to the Twin Houses, two residences known for their symmetry and presence within the urban landscape. Our route moves on to the Monument to Felipe Carrillo Puerto, where you will learn about the life and legacy of a central figure in Yucatán’s history. A little farther ahead is El Minaret Mansion, a distinctive site recognized for its design and unique tower. The tour includes a stop at the Museum of Anthropology, offering insight into the region’s cultural heritage, as well as the Quinta Montes Molina, a historic residence that preserves the atmosphere of Mérida’s past.
