Take a journey back in time to the city of the Prussian kings and contemplate the splendour of the fabulous palaces of the ancient Kingdom of Prussia.

Join us on our Potsdam Day Trip and get immersed in the magnificent “city of emperors”, one of the most beautiful in Germany where lakes, gardens and old palaces of the Prussian kings are combined in perfect harmony.

After one hour journey, we will arrive to Potsdam, city usually defined as a travel to the past due to its large number of palaces. We will have a walk through the Glienike Bridge, known as “Bridge of Spies”, and we will visit the most important palaces in the history of the city, like the Cecilienhof Palace, where the Potsdam Conference took place. This ended the Second World War and lead to the Cold War and the dropping of the atomic bomb.

We will also explore some other important landmarks in the city, like the Potsdam Brandenburg Gate, where we will discover its history and appreciate the differences with the Berlin Brandenburg Gate; the Church of Peace, the curious Dutch quarter or the New Garden.

Our Potsdam Day Trip ends with the famous Sanssouci Palace, the summer palace of Frederick II, known as Frederick the Great, King of Prussia. Once here, all those who wish to visit the palace can stay in Potsdam; otherwise you can come back to Berlin with us.
