10-Hour Tour in Izta-Popo National Park Morning: - 08:00: Departure from pick-up point. - 10:00 - 10:30: Arrival at the visitor center and check in. - 10:30 - 12:30: Hike to the base of Iztaccihuatl volcano. - 12:30 - 14:30: Gradual ascent to the summit of Iztaccihuatl volcano. Noon: - 14:30 - 15:30: Break for lunch at restaurants settled in villa dorada (extra cost) -15:30 - 17:00: Exploration of the summit and free time for photographs.
