Fátima, Batalha, Nazaré & Óbidos Full Day

If you are in Lisbon and if you want to visit other cities, that’s the tour that will provide you the opportunity to know 4 different and enchanted cities, during a relaxing day.

Our first stop will be in Fátima, the biggest center of pilgrimaje in Portugal, in devotion to Our Lady of Fátima and celebrates the apparitions of Our Lady to the 3 children, Lúcia, Jacinta and Francisco. Fátima shrine born on the XX’s century. The tour includes the visit to the Chapel of the Apparitions and the Basilica, where the children’s tomb are. In Fátima, you will have some free time, to enjoy the peace you always find there.

Our second stop will be in Batalha, where we will be visiting the Monastery of Batalha, classified as classified as UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful building of the Portuguese architecture, and the Church of Santa Maria of Vitória, an expression of the gothic style in Portugal.

After those amazing cities, time to visit Nazaré, a wonderful typical fisherman’s village, where, once more you can get lost in the small streets, very typical in Portugal. We will visit Sítio da Nazaré, where is the headlight and the perfect location to watch the impressive spectacle with the massive waves (winter), known as the “Canyon of Nazaré”.

Don´t worry, during the day you will have free time to enjoy the cities or take some pictures.

Our last and wonderful stop, will be in Óbidos, a medieval small village, surrounded by walls, from the XIV Century. We suggest you to get lost in the smalls streets and try the typical LICOR named “Ginja”. Our suggestion is to drink in a chocolate cup. You will find some stores with typical and handmade products from all over Portugal.

After some free time, is time to get back to Lisbon and the tour will end at the same location we departure in the morning.
