With this route we plan to show you some of the highlights in Kazan, making known the cuisine of the region and with the option to try some typical drinks that will undoubtedly be interesting.
Excursion on foot in Spanish. The walk is done walking. We visited some restaurants in Kazan to taste the typical food of the region, with the most important dishes:
-Zarkoe, potato casserole, and vegetables with meat (usual veal) stewed in the oven.
-Tabak börek, small dumplings stuffed with meat cooked in broth and served as a main dish or soup
-Chee-börek, a fried dumpling with a filling of minced or ground meat and onion. It is similar to the peremech of the Tartars of the Volga, but it is made with a round piece of dough folded over the crescent-shaped filling.
