1. Regular tickets can be purchased online but all free or discounted tickets can only be purchased in person at the ticket office. Even if you benefit from free admission, it is necessary to have the physical ticket that is only given at the ticket office.

If you buy the 09:15 tour, you will have to buy the 09:00-10:00 ticket, and if you buy the 15:00 pm tour, the 15:00-16:00 pm ticket. It is very important that the day and time selected are correct.

3. Once you have purchased your regular ticket, you should not go through the ticket office, but go directly to the meeting point indicated on your reservation voucher.
