No merece la pena , la guía no explica casi nada y no te dejan tiempo para visitar murano y burano , solo 40 minutos
Por favor no gastéis vuestro dinero en esta excursión, mejor por vuestra cuenta en un vaporetto !!!

“Me decepcionó”
Esperábamos información sobre Butano y Murano. Podíamos ir por nuestra cuenta, pero decidimos contratar un tour para que nos den datos del lugar. Nos encontramos con un tour multilingüe, en el que solo dijeron 6 ó 7 frases en español, no más largas que una oración. En Burano estacionaron en el muelle privado de un taller y nadie nos dijo que atravesàndolo podíamos llegar al centro del pueblo para recorrerlo. Fue por casualidad que pudimos llegar a ver algo de Burano, cuando quedaba poco tiempo para abordar nuevamente fue que vimos a otros pasajeros que salían por una puerta posterior y nos dio curiosidad. En el taller, nos acercamos al artesano pues uno de nosotros trabaja el vidrio y deseábamos solamente un intercambio amistoso, este hombre no demostró ninguna simpatía, desagradable. Creemos que haber ido por nuestra cuenta nos hubiera permitido elegir el taller, disponer de nuestro tiempo y seguramente encontrar alguna persona local con quién intercambiar. Perdimos tiempo, la oportunidad (viajamos de muy lejos!!!) y dinero.

“Peut mieux faire !”
Si vous voulez une vrai visite passez votre chemin ! Tout le monde attend, inquiet, un guide qui arrive juste pour l’embarquement. Des commentaires inaudibles dans le bateau. Aucune visite guidée des îles, la guide vous indique juste que "la place principale est par là" à Burano...
L’impression d’être piégé dans l’atelier de souffleur de verre. On ne vous oriente que vers la boutique. C’est à vous de trouver la sortie pour passer les quelques minutes libres hors de ces murs.
Point positif : Bravo au souffleur de verre ! ????

“Nice tour”
This tour was nice. The guide is nice enough and can impressively switch between 5 languages for all the different types of guests. Howeve, you don't interact with her much nor see her. She mainly tells you things while on the boat.
I was a bit frustrated that they say meet 20m early and that the tour starts at 2pm. I arrived at 1.40pm to be told that the boat will leave at 2.20pm and to wait until then. That meant 40m in the heat of the day and there wasn't much shade.
The islands are nice although Burano is more impressive than Murano. You're left to your own devices and so if you go with people it's great but if you're by yourself then less so. It depends if you make friends with the other people. However, since you're sitting on a noisy boat most of the time it's not conducive to striking up conversation.
Overall, I got to see some nice islands and the trip ran well. I would say 3.5 stars out of 5

. Para comenzar, el horario del
tour que contratamos era a las
14hs., pero inició 14.30hs. Además, el lugar de encuentro fue confuso. No contamos con guía en los recorridos por Murano y Burano.

Tour a las islas Murano y Burano.
Buena organización.
El barco en muy buenas condiciones y cómodo.
Burano merece la visita.
Para mejorar:
La guía era una persona que hablaba 5 idiomas durante el trayecto del barco, ya que estábamos mezclados. Por los ruidos del barco y por las personas que hablaban, no se oía casi. Una recomendación sería que pusiesen audioguías o a través del móvil, así cada cual podría escuchar los comentarios en su propio lenguaje sin que los ruidos externos molestasen tanto.
En las islas no había tour ni comentarios, a excepción de una demostración de 10 minutos en Murano de cómo se trabaja el vidrio.
Con las audioguías se conseguiría que también supiésemos algo más de las islas.

Te hacen ir “mínimo 20’ de antelación” pra salir con mas de una hora de retraso. Ni tour ni nada. Se demora mas tiempo del que dicen por su falta de organización. Demasiada gente; gran barcaza de mas de 100 personas. Con el bonobús es mucho mejor ir a tu aire mas cómodo menos saturado. Tiras el dinero a la basura si compras esto.

“Murano - Burano”
El tour esta muy bien, sobre todo de precio porque en Venecia todo es carísimo, esta bien organizado, en Murano llegas directo a la fabrica para ver al maestro artesano trabajando en vidrio y te lo explican, burano es muy pintoresco, un pueblo con mucho encanto, me sorprendió gratamente.
