Munich Christmas Markets Free Tour

During the Advent season, the city of Munich is filled with light and color. Glühwein (mulled wine) can be smelled in every square and in every corner of the city. The festive atmosphere at the various Christmas markets is magical. As every year, the Christmas tree is placed on Marienplatz, the heart of the city of Munich, to capture the attention of all those present and is undoubtedly the protagonist of the place. All Christmas markets are full of handmade decorations and countless curious objects related to the Christmas season. Chocolate and sweets, such as the famous "Lebkuchen", are a must in these markets. We will start our tour at Odeonsplatz and from there we will go to the first Christmas market of our route. We will explore around seven markets discovering the different food stalls, as well as enjoying the intoxicating aroma of the different drinks and sweets. Our tour will end in the area around Sendlinger Tor.
